This policy explains how Shreemed Pharmaceutical Private Limited (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data shared through this website, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). For this data, we are the Data Fiduciary.

1. What information we collect

When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• your email address, if you give it;
• your business or clinic name and your locality in Delhi, if you give them;
• the products you require and your message (your enquiry details);
• the date and time at which you gave your consent.

If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you choose to share. We do not ask for prescriptions, health records, payment details or identity documents through this website, so please do not include them in your enquiry.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our website host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.

2. Why we collect it and how we use it

We use your information only with your consent, and only to:

• respond to your enquiry and check product availability;
• prepare and send you a quotation;
• contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry and any supply that follows from it.

We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent or share it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run this website and receive enquiries, such as our email provider and our website host. They handle it on our behalf and only for these purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and for related communication. We delete them within 12 months of our last communication with you, or sooner if you ask us to. If your enquiry leads to a supply, invoices and related records are kept for the period required by tax and drug laws.

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can ask us to:

• give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update your personal data;
• delete your personal data, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• let a person you nominate exercise these rights if you are unable to.

6. How to withdraw your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Email shreemedpharmaceuticalpvtltd@gmail.com, or call or WhatsApp us on +91 82875 76521, and tell us you no longer want us to use your details. We will then stop using your personal data and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.

7. How we protect it

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and delivered to an access-restricted email inbox. We take reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

8. Children

This website is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

9. Grievance redressal

If you have a question or complaint about how we handle your personal data, please contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within the time required under the DPDP Act and its rules.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
